Our minimum stay id 3 days during the standard season. During our high season (Christmas, New Year, Summer) we require a minimum stay of 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.

Payment is done via bank transfer. Once your booking is confirmed, 30% of the total amount is required as a deposit, and the remaining balance must be paid two months before the start of your stay. You have 48 hours upon your booking confirmation to transfer the deposit to validate the booking.

We require a 3000-euro security deposit for any potential damage during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, once we’ve ensured that everything is in order. As this is a privately owned home with valuable items, this extra security measure ensures a smooth and worry-free stay.

Signing a seasonal rental agreement ensures that both parties are clear on the terms and conditions of the stay, offering protection for both you as the guest and us as the hosts. It outlines the details of the reservation, payment terms, and house rules, making sure everyone is on the same page for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

To reserve Prana in Provence, we require you to provide your desired dates and sign the rental agreement. A bank transfer of the full amount must be completed within 48 hours of your booking request to secure your reservation. Additionally, a 3000-euro security deposit is required up to 2 days before your arrival, which will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages.
